When is the wedding?

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the beautiful Splendor Pond Flower Farm. 388 Rocky River Rd. Mooresville, NC 28115

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is garden party formal. Please wear formal attire and show off your personality. We encourage color, floral prints, and fashion statements. Think long, flowy dresses and suits with a colorful shirt or tie.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have decided to keep our guest list to only our closest family and friends. We will only be able to accommodate guests whose name is written on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

If you know us, you know we love kids. However, we have decided to limit our wedding day to adults (and teenagers). Thank you in advance for making arrangements!

Are there accommodations nearby?

We have reserved a block of rooms at the TownPlace Suites by Marriott near our venue, Splendor Pond. To access our discounted rate, please book through the custom link found under the "Travel" section.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

While there are no direct transportation accommodations to and from Splendor Pond, the TownPlace Suites by Marriott offers Uber Priority to all guests.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at Splendor Pond.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

The ceremony location and reception hall are primarily flat ground. There are a few stairs from the parking area to the ceremony site. As a result, a golf cart will be available to transport guests to the ceremony as needed.

Where are you registered?

Answer

As of right now, we are registered through Zola and Amazon. Links are available in the "Registry" section. We will continue to update our registries as the big day approaches!

Can we take photos and videos during the wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony, no. It is extremely important to us that every moment of our wedding day be captured through photos and video. We have gone to great lengths to ensure this is done in a professional manner. That being said, our ceremony will be completely unplugged! We want to reinforce that there are no photos, videos, or phones allowed during the ceremony. We kindly ask that you live in the moment with us! When it comes to the reception, all bets are off. We look forward to seeing the dance floor through your eyes and will even provide a photo-sharing platform for everyone to utilize.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and our reception will be held indoors. It's August in North Carolina, so we expect high temperatures and humidity. Please prepare accordingly and good luck out there!
