If your invitation says "and Guest" or a date is named, then yes. If not, we unfortunately cannot accommodate a plus one.
Although we LOVE your kids, this will be an adult-only celebration except for our nieces and nephews due to the strict capacity of the venue.
Average temperatures in October range from a 60° high to a 45° low and tends to be breezy in the evening.
Ridesharing is not readily available in Northern Michigan, so we highly recommend renting a car or pre-booking a taxi service from the airport if you are flying.
The dress code is cocktail attire - suits, sports coats with a tie, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, etc. Parts of our day will take place outside on grass, please take that into consideration when selecting your footwear for the day. Additionally, please keep in mind the cool and breezy weather of October as you select your attire.
The venue is largely accessible, featuring onsite-parking, a fully accessible bathroom on the main floor of the barn, and a golf cart available to take those who need assistance to and from the ceremony and reception locations on the property.
There is an on-site parking lot for those driving themselves to the venue, but we ask that you either do not drink and drive or have a designated driver. Buses will also be available throughout the day at scheduled times with designated pick-up/drop-off locations in Leland, Suttons Bay, and Traverse City. Stay tuned for more specifics about bus schedules and locations!
PLEASE stay home if you are sick or not feeling well. Although we will miss you dearly, we have immunocompromised family members attending our wedding that we want to keep safe.
If you will not be able to make it to the wedding, please let our wedding planner, Kelsey Parker (kelsey@foxandfernevents.com), as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Just know, you will be missed!
Feel free to reach out to our wedding planner, Kelsey, at kelsey@foxandfernevents.com, for any additional questions!
