This is an informal invitation for friends & family staying at the hotel or nearby to meet in the courtyard space the night before the event. Grab a drink in the Principal's Office, The Shed, or The Woodshop and reconnect with friends or get to know some of the people you'll be bumping into on the dance floor the next night!

Garden/Cocktail Attire: sundresses, cocktail dresses, floral prints, summery suits or button ups.
Please plan to arrive early to allow ample time to park and get to Haynes Square; see the travel page for details on parking/navigating to the space. There will be seated and standing space in the courtyard; be sure to grab a seat if you or anyone in your party doesn't feel comfortable standing for 30+ minutes. Due to venue policy, bar service will begin after the ceremony, but you are welcome to grab a drink at one of the hotel bars and enjoy it in the courtyard/bring it to the ceremony!

Food: There will be buffet style meal with vegetarian options. Seating is not assigned; so feel free to grab a seat at a table of your choice with friends & family! Drink: Bar service is limited to 5 hours, so there will be beer, wine, and cocktails from 5:30-10:30pm. The hotel bars will be available to purchase drinks from 10:30-midnight (may change as Covid regulations evolve) and champagne toast will occur with cake! Activities: There will be lawn games in the courtyard and a dance floor in Haynes Hall so don't forget your dancin' shoes!
