FAQs

The Wedding Website of Keiley Theodore and Nicholas Bailey
Any questions that you may have, have been answered on this page. Please contact Nicholas or Keiley if your question was not answered.
Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space and budget limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, you’ll see their name or “and guest” included. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately no. While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration for the ceremony and reception (18+). We want our guests to relax and enjoy themselves to the fullest on our special day. Use this event as a night out for yourselves! If this means you can’t make it, please know we love you and truly understand!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The bridal shower is December 6, 2025 at 1:30 pm. Location is TBA.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! We’ll have an open bar where you can drink as much as you desire. We just kindly ask that you plan for safe transportation so everyone stays safe and sound. Cheers!

Question

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes! There will be cocktail hour right after the ceremony. Drinks, a light snack, music, and games with be available to you.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is formal attire to match the elegance of the occasion. Gentlemen can opt for suits or tuxedos, while ladies wear cocktail dresses & gowns. To tie into our princess and the frog themed wedding, we encourage you to incorporate earthy tones, soft greens, tans, and neutral accents. We kindly ask guests to avoid casual attire, such as jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, or anything overly revealing or informal. Additionally, please refrain from wearing white, beige, or similar shades to allow the bride to stand out on her special day.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. It will be an unplugged celebration so we can all be fully present and immerse ourselves in the experience. Don’t worry, though—a professional photographer and videographer will be capturing every moment, and you’ll have access to those photos and videos after the wedding!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 2 PM. Doors will close once the ceremony begins, and late entry will not be permitted.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We have a honeymoon fund as well as a registry where items are available to purchase. You can find our registry under the registry tab and along with our honeymoon fund.

Question

Can we ask the photographer to take pictures of us during the wedding?

Answer

No. Please refrain from requesting photos from the photographer or videographer. We’ve hired them to focus on capturing our special moments throughout the day. They are there to capture moments for Nicholas and I and to ensure every detail of the wedding is documented beautifully.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you're unable to attend, please select "Decline" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you've already RSVP'd "Accept" but your plans have changed, please reach out to Nick or Keiley as soon as you can.

Question

What happens if I missed the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you miss the RSVP deadline, we’ll have to assume you’re not coming. We have to give final numbers to the venue and caterer, so make sure to RSVP on time if you want to join the celebration!

Question

I’m so excited about your union, can I record?

Answer

We ask that you do not record or take pictures during the ceremony. This is a very intimate event and we ask that you be present in the moment without devices. But fear not, after the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like. We just ask that you do not interfere with the photographer and videographer’s shots.
