Flight
For most travelers outside of New England, Boston Logan (BOS) will likely be the easiest way to get to the wedding. We recommend flying here and then Ubering (approximately 40 minutes and $35) or renting a car to get to Salem. You can also take a car to North Station in Boston and take the train up from there.
Train
For those traveling on the East Coast, Amtrak is a great option. Amtrak has Regional and Acela trains from Washington D.C. to Boston multiple times a day. The last stop in Boston is South Station, which is about a 40 minute drive to Salem.
Train
For those in Boston, we recommend the MBTA commuter train from North Station to Salem on the Newburyport / Rockport Line. This takes about 30 minutes and costs $7.50 each way. And if you would like a more scenic route (and don't get seasick), there is also a ferry from Boston to Salem that takes about an hour and costs $25 each way.
