FAQs

If you have any additional questions that are not listed on this page, please reach out to us at 904-903-6612
Question

Is there a color palette/dress code?

Answer

No set color palette—so wear whatever color you love (if you love white, ivory, cream, eggshell, etc, sorry but not sorry, wear something else). The dress code is formal attire, but keep in mind it is going to be a hot summer day, so go for something chic and breathable. Think elegance with a side of comfort!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP (but by July 7th at the VERY latest). If there has been no response/RSVP, we will assume that you are not able to attend and will be removed from the final headcount.

Question

Can I RSVP after July 7th?

Answer

No. Our vendors require a specific headcount to know how many people to accommodate.

Question

Can I change my RSVP to declined?

Answer

After July 7th, RSVP cannot be changed. We have to submit final numbers to our catering and venue. If something happens and you need to change your RSVP to decline after the due date, please text/call us personally as it will affect table arrangements.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue at the VERY latest 3:45pm to get settled and not feel rushed. The gates will officially close and lock 5 minutes before the ceremony and will reopen for reception. If you are not inside the property gates before then, you will be locked out of the venue for the ceremony. On this day, being on time is LATE!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to the amount of guests allowed at the venue, we made the decision to limit the number of the children for the wedding. If your child is not explicitly stated on the invitation, RSVP, or told by us directly, please prepare a babysitter.

Question

Can I have a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If the person is not explicitly invited on the invitation received they cannot come. Thank you for being considerate of our expenses and hope you can still join us for this day!

Question

I have food allergies, what if I can’t eat?

Answer

Please reach out to us personally ASAP, so that accomadtions may be made. Please specify your allergy when making your RSVP.

Question

Is it a dry wedding?

Answer

NOOOOOO! Although alcohol will be at the wedding, we do not encourage drunkenness and belligerence. Please drink and govern yourself accordingly.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to take our ceremonial pictures. Please keep your phones on silent/tucked away for the duration of the ceremony. Professional photos will be sent out at a later date. Photos after the ceremony are welcome!

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We did not reserve a hotel block, so we encourage guests to book their accommodations accordingly.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We created a cash fund registry specific for excursions on our honeymoon and for our house fund. This is found under the registry tab and is the only place we are registered.

Question

Where is the wedding/reception?

Answer

The wedding and reception will all take place at the same venue in Jacksonville, FL, on the Westside. The wedding ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be inside.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

As the venue is a stand alone building, parking is on-site and do not have to worry about any fees.

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Everyone needs to be off of the property by 10pm. If anyone stays any longer that means you were prepared to pay the late fees.
