When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that your RSVP by January 10th.

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at Hacienda Siesta Alegre by 3:30pm. The Ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue does not allow children under 12. If you have an infant or small child, please let us know so that we can provide you with a release form for the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at the Hacienda Siesta Alegre. We will also be providing transportation to/from the main hotel - Wyndham Rio Mar.

If I have a food allergy / dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP - we will do our best to accommodate any dietary needs to that everyone can enjoy the meal!

How can I secure airport transportation to/from the Hyatt Reserve.

Answer

We recommend taking an Uber from the airport. There are also airport transportation services that can be booked through the Hyatt's preferred transportation company, First Class Destination. Leisure rate / Shared Transportation: $44 one way per person, minimum of 3 guests. How can I book Spa Services at the Hyatt Reserve with the discount.

Answer

Discount is only for guests staying at the Hyatt under the group rate.
