It was year 2008 in Ms. Bookman’s fourth block science class that Julius finally decided to talk to Danielle; after a little nudge of course that she totally set up herself with the help of a friend. You see she had told her friend Jennifer she thought Julius was cute with full knowledge that they sat together in said science class. Which gave Julius the confidence to talk to her. They had their first date at the movies and made it official after pizza and a walk around the neighborhood. They didn’t stay together throughout high school but found each other again through social media early 2013. They can both say that getting back together was the best decision they ever made.

So, for Julius’s birthday the family (Danielle, Marcel and Julius) went down to Florida to celebrate. Danielle planned a surprise birthday party for Julius not knowing that Julius was planning on proposing on his birthday and vice versa. So, while Danielle was trying to keep Julius occupied to get his party together Julius was trying to figure out when and where he could propose. Turns out he had a place. He just didn’t know it yet. While party preparations were taking place, Julius kept trying to get everyone to dinner with little success and was getting a little frustrated. He was distracted with the promise of a studio session which turned out to be his party, and the stage was set. Literally. He got Danielle's cousin Melissa to lure her to the stage for "pictures " wink wink. After a slew of pictures and Danielle wondering what was up with the everlasting photoshoot Julius dropped to one knee and popped the question. To which she said yes through tears and laughter.
