What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive anytime that afternoon to mingle and grab a cocktail. Be seated by 4:55 pm for the start of our Ceremony at 5 o'clock.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Outdoors! The ceremony will take place in the lawn under the open Wyoming sky. Reception will include an event tent.

What’s the food and drink situation?
Answer
There will be dinner, drinks, and dessert—come hungry and ready to celebrate!

What’s the dress code?
Answer
Western Dressy. Think jeans with a button-down for the guys, and dresses or boots for the ladies. Whatever you feel comfortable in!

What is the parking situation?
Answer
There is room for vehicles to park among the cabin entrance. We will establish parking boundaries for your coordination upon arrival.

Where should I stay?
Answer
Anyone is welcome to dry camp (a tent, LQ horse trailer, or RV's welcome) OR Lodging in Encampment, Riverside and nearby Saratoga have great options! We’ve listed some options on the Travel tab.

A light jacket for the evening, sunglasses, and your dancing boots.
