Celebrating.....with the ones we love

I met Chris when I was 11... we were both in the same science class at Columbus Tustin Middle School. The following year I moved to another school district and it wasn't until I was reunited with him 11 years later that we had our first spark. In 2007 a mutual friend of ours invited me to go to his buddies house in Lake Elsinore. Chris and I were reunited, immediately recognized each other and hit it off. We spent the following weeks hitting the town and seeing what kind of damage we could do, and that ultimately lead to his proposal of me joining him in a big move across the country. Chris and I had one conversation about his sister he loved so much and her wanting him to move to Naples, Florida; where she had landed a good job after graduating culinary school. I did not hesitate to accept this proposal. The next week we moved across country together, two young kids, seeking adventure and adrenaline rushes I suppose, considering we were on the run. ;) The next couple months were so exciting, we landed in Florida and within two days the both of us had our place fully furnished and had jobs. We made a great team. As much fun as we were having, life happens and that life had called me home. At this point Chris and I had lost touch, with no other reason than, we had things in life that lead us in different directions. Years later I was talking to someone about my experience in 2007... he said there was a certain light that came to my eyes when I spoke about this certain someone that I fled the state and moved across country with. That night, I looked him up on Facebook, found him and sent him a friend request. He, later that evening sent me a message that read "I have been looking for you for years." Oh...my heart! After weeks of being insuperable we decided it was time to move in with each other. In 2015 we married, with our second baby on the way. We have decided to properly celebrate with the ones we love.
