When is the last day to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP no later than September 17, 2026 so that we can plan seating and catering arrangements accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a limited selection of self-serve alcoholic beverages available during the reception. If you wish, you can bring your own drinks. We kindly ask that you drink responsibly due to venue request, travel, and the safety of others and yourself.

Where to park?

Answer

First, the ceremony will be held at the chapel. There is parking available across the street. After the ceremony is complete, the reception will be held at Heart Pine Hall’s main house. There will be a parking attendant available for direction with parking on the right side of the house. You may choose to park there first if you wish to walk to the chapel. If you would like to park at both for convenience, there is available parking at both locations.

What time should we arrive?

We ask that you arrive no later than 4:45 pm to allow time for parking, seating, and signing our guest book! Music will begin at 4:30 pm.

Are plus ones invited?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, we kindly request that only invited guests, families, and plus ones that are invited and RSVP attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We would love to have your little ones celebrate with us. We graciously request your assistance in maintaining a quiet and respectful environment during the ceremony so that all guests may fully enjoy this special moment.
