In 2014 we saw each other at work, both thinking the other was cute. It wasn't until December of 2017 when we went on our first 'date'. Rather it was a weekend away in New York City. Neither of us worked for the same company anymore, or lived close to the other, so our date took some planning. Mind you it wasn't a lot of planning, maybe a week or two. After that we did the long distance thing for a bit, seeing each other once a month with massive amounts of FaceTime in-between. In July 2018 we decided to try the living together thing, as we already knew being in small spaces together was fine. That December we got engaged.
