Ingrid, our TA, will contact you around the beginning of June to book airfare as it is not available until approximately 332 days prior to the departure date. If you feel it's better for you to book airfare on your own, go for it! But keep in mind, we do get a slight discount with Delta since we are booking as a group!
Yes! Please make sure that you have a valid passport for the trip. Your passport must also be valid for up to 9 months after you return from the trip (US rules). You can get a passport by going to your local Post Office. They cost around $150 and are good for 10 years. PLEASE make sure to apply for your passport no later than July 2021 so that there is time to get it back from the government. Sometimes they run behind. **An enhanced license will not suffice unless you are planning on driving over the border :)

Yes! Since we are booking as a group, the cost of transportation is included with the amount you are paying to go on the trip. Transportation will be arranged for you depending on what time your flight lands.
Please wear dressy, but light clothing as it will be warm. Examples include: sun dress/linen capris for women. Linen pants, short sleeve dress shirt (such as a button down Cubavera, etc.) for men. Honestly, just make sure it's something you're comfortable in and ready to party the night away in!
There is no dress code at the resort, but they do recommend certain attire for a few of their restaurants for dining at night. All restaurants dress code is casual. Formal shorts or Bermuda shorts, dress shirts, polo shirts, or formal sandals. No wet close, visible bathing suits, or flip flops. The resort has 8 specialty restaurants as well as 3 bars & lounges.
Yes, the hotel has free WIFI access throughout all common areas and rooms. There are also computers available in the lobby at no additional charge.
If you are planning to travel off property for shopping and such, we recommend bring some cash along as some vendors do not accept credit cards or travelers checks. There are exchange bureaus at the lobby. Most of the venues in Mexico accept US dollars, but please note that you may receive change in the local currency. Additionally, you may want to carry small bills to tip luggage attendants at the airport and airport transfer drivers outside of the resort.
