Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Hartwood. There is ample parking located around the venue in the gravel lots. We request that you do not park in the spots directly in front of the venue as these are reserved for wedding party and vendors. ☺️

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Gluten free options will be available. Food is served buffet-style, feel free to ask the catering staff if additional accommodations are available.

Can I bring a date?

We’re keeping our guest list limited, so we kindly ask that only the guests listed on the invitation attend. If you have a special circumstance, you’re welcome to reach out to us personally to ask if we can accommodate before the RSVP date! Thank you so much for understanding 🤍

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early so you have time to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins!

Is there a dress code?

Dressy formal. Midi or floor-length dresses encouraged for women, dress shirts and slacks or suits encouraged for men.

We love your little ones! However, we’re only able to accommodate children who are named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
