FAQs

The Wedding Website of Chelsea Keen and Daemeon Hampton
Question

Should I contact the bride or groom on the Wedding day?

Answer

No, please don't, unless it is an absolute emergency.

Question

What is the required attire?

Answer

Formal. Gowns, dresses, slacks, ties, button up's, you know. No jeans, t-shirts, socks with sandals, etc. please.

Question

How do we get there?

Answer

The address is: 7850 Pole Line Rd Watsonville, CA 95076. Once in the park, after paying for parking/entry fee, please continue up Pole Line Road and follow signs to the Amphitheater. To the left of the Amphitheater is a small trail to get to the ceremonial site. The ceremony will begin at 3PM. It usually takes about an hour from Monterey to Mount Madonna.

Question

What should we do for parking?

Answer

There is a $6 parking/entrance fee. There is plenty of parking near the Amphitheater.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes, of course! It is our greatest wish that everyone enjoy themselves to the fullest, and no one call do that hungry. We are providing food from De la Colmena. There will be a variety of dishes available in a buffet style setting, including vegetarian and gluten free options. We will also provide both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There will be only beer and wine available, no hard spirits will be provided. We ask that guests drink responsibly, especially considering how far the wedding site is for a majority of our guests.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

No, we do not. We have been together for nearly ten years, most of that time we have lived together, so we have plenty. We will happily, and gratefully, accept monetary donations for our Honeymoon adventure (we hope you don't find this too crass!)

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

May 30th, please.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Before 3PM- around 2:30PM to 2:45PM is reasonable, so that you can familiarize yourself with the site, find parking, etc.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Sure, just let us know by May 30th, please!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course!

For all the days along the way
