Can we bring our kids?

Answer

While we would love to see everyone for this special moment, we do plan on having things focused on more of a young-adult/adult setting. (ex. kids over the age of 13 would be ok to bring)

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that guests try to get in the RSVP's by the end of August (31st). Invites will be sent out by the first week of June.

Question

What kind of weather is typical for that area around that time?

Answer

The weather around the time of the wedding is usually around 60-80 degrees. We are hoping the sky will be nice and clear for an outside event but we do have a backup plan for a covered ceremony in case it starts to rain.

What time should we arrive at the venue?

Answer

We ask that guests try to arrive around 2-2:30pm as the ceremony will be starting at 3pm. (Please be wary of traffic as the main roads to get to the venue can be bad around this time of day on the weekend!)

Can we take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a videographer and a photographer to capture the wonderful moments during this time. We would really love for all our guest to be "in the moment" with us and enjoy the ceremony to the fullest!

Will there be Alcohol?

Answer

Of course there will be alcohol this is a celebration!! We will have a couple of open bar stations set up (one on the inside and one on the outside of the pavilion)

what kind of food will be served?

Answer

We have a bit of everything for everyone! We have the fantastic Crazy Dutchman Catering providing us their amazing spread of different foods for everyone to enjoy, including separate options for guest with allergies!
