Are kids allowed?

Answer

We would love this evening to be a time where parents do not have to worry about keeping up with their children. All parents deserve a little time off! However, we understand that is not always possible. If you cannot make arrangements for your children, please know that we expect you to be with them at ALL times. With multiple vendors present, as well as decorations that are not ours, we cannot risk children being alone.

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

You must RSVP by February 24, 2023. If you have not RSVP'd by then, you will unfortunately not be able to attend due to a deadline for head counts with our vendors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We do not have a specific dress code but ask guests to attend in cocktail attire or in business casual. Our colors are black, gold, cream, and multiple shades of green if you would like to fit within it!

Is dinner being served?

Answer

Yes! We wanted to give all our guests some good ole KC BBQ. If you do not eat meat, there will also be salad available.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP does not include a plus one, please do assume you can still bring him/her. If you would like to have a plus one added, please ask Mikaela or Keenan if there is available seating.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a parking garage across the street from the venue that you may use. There is also parking along the street (parallel or non-parallel) that you can take advantage of. The parking garage does cost a small fee.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:20pm to ensure you are able to sign the guest book and find a seat. We will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Is everything indoors?

Answer

Yes! Knowing how wild the midwest weather can be, our entire event will be indoors. Our venue has multiple floors with elevator access for those who cannot use stairs.
