Wedding Party

Courtney

Matron of Honor

Courtney. What can I say? She’s my twin, and my other -arguably better- half. Literally. She brings light into any room she enters and always exudes happiness. She’s a fierce mother, sister, daughter, friend and wife. To know Courtney, and be her friend, is a lucky place to be. Our wedding day wouldn’t be complete without her. 💜

Kelsey

Bridesmaid

Kelsey has been a part of our family since Courtney and I were 4 years old. From Mother’s Day out, elementary & middle school, the softball field to baby showers and beyond. She is, and always will be, a constant in our lives! Wherever Kelsey is, you can bet- fun. will. be. had. She is the shoot-you-straight type of friend that will tell it like it is, no matter how hard it is to hear. And, she always always has your back.

Brie

Bridesmaid

Brie and I first met in middle school and I remember thinking how gorgeous & cool she was. She quickly became one of my best friends. She is incredibly kind, smart, funny, and has the best laugh! She’s the kind of friend who’ll give you a giant hug right when you need it… or hold your hair back after too many shots at Tin Roof.

Katie

Bridesmaid

Katie, AKA: Katherine Rose, is yet another Elledge/Ervin family constant. Katie and I met in little league basketball where her dad, Mark, was our basketball coach. I’m not sure we won any trophies that year, but we walked away with friendships that will last a lifetime. Katie is the type of friend who’ll throw back a pitcher of margaritas, bee-bop around the town with you, or take you on a 10 mile hike- (yes for fun)! Through middle school, high school, being college roommates, to early adulthood, and now, Katie (and don’t forget her dog Molly) and I have been through it all. And, I’m so grateful she’s going to be beside me on the big day!

Amanda

Bridesmaid

Amanda and I met in elementary school. I’ll never forget in the 4th grade (probably not long after I turned down Travis’ boyfriend proposal), she introduced me to a girl group known as TLC. She was and will always be the coolest! Amanda is the type of friend who will always show up when needed. She’ll bring you soup when you’re sick, or help set up an entire bedroom for small Afghan children, packing the closet with essentials. Need your annual teeth cleaning? She can do that, too! I’m really grateful to call her a best friend.

Alaina

Bridesmaid

Alaina and I first met in the Emergency Room at Parkwest Medical Center. She was in charge of orienting me to the department. By that same afternoon, we had booked a trip to Atlanta to go see John Mayer at Music Midtown. She has the best advice and is very level-headed and laid back. She’s the only other person I know that loves a good plan/trip itinerary more than me! One minute, you’re clinking glasses at a fancy restaurant, and the next you’re in a dive bar dancing and singing karaoke. And, I can’t wait to see her dance moves on our wedding day!
