Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. If you have any difficulties, feel free to reach out to us, and we would be more than happy to help! If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you cannot show up for our special day as there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you, which we DO NOT want to have happen).

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We'll miss you, but we understand! Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4PM sharp, so we recommend that arrive around 3:30PM (the latest being 3:50PM), which is 30 minutes early, so that you have time to park, snag a seat, and settle in.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We have worked hard to create an intimate celebration, so only guests listed on your invitations are invited. If your invitation says "+1" or includes a guest's name, then yes - we would love for them to join!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your kiddos, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of children in the wedding party). We hope you enjoy a fun night out!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal, so we'd love to see you in your best dressed-up look! Think suit & tie and midi to floor-length dresses. Whatever makes you feel your best! Please avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream to allow the bride and groom to shine in their outfits. Keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors, so don't forget to either wear or bring an extra pair of dancing shoes and possibly a shawl or jacket just incase it gets a little breezy at night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

At the venue, there will be parking to the right of the building after the roundabout, but it may be limited. Carpooling, if possible, may be the best option for you to find a closer spot. The ceremony and reception will be in the same place so no need to move that car after finding a spot until you are all danced out and ready to head home!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, so expect the unexpected with weather! It could be a warm, sunny day or the rain might come out to party with us too! We have backups just incase but plan accordingly. The reception and cocktail hour will be held indoors, although you can still step outside when needed.

Answer

Where should I stay?

Answer

We decided not to reserve a hotel block so our guests can choose the type of accommodation that works best for them - whether that’s a boutique hotel, a big-name chain, or a cozy Airbnb with friends and family. This way, you can pick your price point, location, and vibe. Instead, under our 'Travel' tab, we have linked a few places we think you’ll love! Our venue is in Broomfield (but you can also choose to stay in Denver or Colorado Springs depending on how far you want to drive), so any spot nearby will keep you close to the celebration.
