We recommend flying into Charlotte Douglas Airport or Concord-Padgett Regional Airport and staying in the Charlotte area. 

On the day of the ceremony, we will be providing a shuttle that will pick up from the Hilton Charlotte University Place at 2:45 PM and from the UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel at 3:00 PM to take guests to the venue. It will bring guests back to the hotels at 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM. 

Please feel free to stay at any hotel or AirBNB in the city of your choosing.
