How we met

Anthony and Keelin met in the most unexpected way... at a mutual friend’s backyard campfire. In a moment that will never be forgotten, Anthony shotgunned a beer off of Keelin’s roommate’s high heel. It was bold, hilarious, and completely unforgettable, the beginning of a story neither of them could have planned. What started around backyard bonfires soon turned into countless sunsets in North Glenmore Park, spontaneous trips to the mountains, and MANY long road trips filled with music, laughter, and heartfelt conversations. Through family excursions to California, Colorado and Idaho, shared adventures, and even a pilgrimage to Italy with SFXC during the Jubilee Year, their friendship steadily deepened into a faithful, joyful love. Keelin loves Anthony’s steadfastness - the quiet strength of his faithfulness, his joy for life, and his deep love of family. She admires the way he shows up consistently, loves generously, and the way he leads with humility. Anthony quickly fell in love with Keelin’s radiant smile and caring heart. He treasures her love for others, the thoughtfulness she shows to every person she encounters even strangers, her fun-loving personality, and above all, her deep love of God. Throughout their relationship, they have experienced trials and adversities that have refined their love and drawn them to completely rely on Christ. God’s grace has been abundant in every season, teaching them to rely more fully on Him and to choose one another daily. With grateful hearts, Anthony and Keelin are excited for this new chapter to begin to be united in Christ through the sacrament of marriage and to begin a family of their own. They step forward with joy and trust, ready to build a life rooted in faith, filled with laughter, and centered on the love that brought them together. They are deeply thankful for the family, friends, mentors, and spiritual mothers and fathers who have journeyed with them, poured into their relationship, and walked alongside them each step of the way. Thank you for helping them discern God’s will, for speaking truth and encouragement over them, and for reminding them of their true identity as children of God. Your love, prayers, and witness have shaped this story more than you know.
