Wedding Party

Sabrina Fuchs

Matron of Honor

I am so excited to have Sabrina Fuchs standing right next to me as my matron of honor as I marry Ethan Scott. Her and I go way back and have been best friends for about 24 years. She has been my best friend, my sound board, my comforter, and has stuck with me even when Ive missed it in life. I love you momma. Thank you for being my matron of honor.

Korrine Ganus

Bridesmaid

Korrine is one of my best friends, I love her and her family. We both played volleyball in high school. I asked her to be my bridesmaid over the phone because she was in Alaska and I was in Georgia at the time. We have done some hilarious things that still make us laugh today. Our nicknames for each other are "white cracker" and "wheat cracker." I'm obviously the wheat one.. I’m so happy to have her standing up there next to me on my special day. Love you Korriney!

Nita Fisher

Bridesmaid

I asked my aunt Nita to be my bridesmaid by writing a handwritten note, rolling it up, and placing it inside a mason jar and mailing it to her in a box full of confetti with boxes marked “yes” and “no- not an option” for her to check. She is one of the kindest people I've ever known and is always doing for others. She has comforted me in hard times, she has made me laugh and our cats love each other! (sometimes..) I love her so much and I’m so happy to have her standing up there next to me as I marry the love of my life.

Kelli Iverson

Bridesmaid

I asked my girl Kelli to be a bridesmaid by having Ethan write on the sleeve of a coffee cup. I was driving at the time so I had no idea what he was actually writing. Kelli and I did a few years of college together. On the first day of our math class, as we were all leaving, this girl was staring at me and then began to wave. I had no idea who she was. She ran up to me and said “Hi! I’m Kelli!” I told her my name and she said “oh my gosh! Our names are almost the same!! Wanna be best friends?” Haha she has kept me laughing ever since.

Torrione Johnson

Bridesmaid

Torrione Johnson is Ethan’s brother’s wife. She is such a wonderful person. She has come along with me to all my alterations and has stayed calm through all the “changing my mind over and over and over and over again”. She has made me laugh with all the weird conversations we’ve had. She is so kind hearted and I’m so happy to call her my sister-in-law. I asked Tori to be my bridesmaid in her kitchen. Haha I was too excited, I couldn’t put anything sparkly together that fast.

Grady "Tall Boi" Blount

Best Man

Grady is a really heavy sleeper. If he falls asleep during the ceremony due to jet lag, don't wake him up. We will stop the ceremony and see how many things we can put in his open mouth. (One time I got someone's pet rat in there!)

Elijah "StinkyPitz" Johnson

Groomsman

Elijah is the groom's brother and will somehow be a groomsman while playing the violin for the ceremony. That's going to be fun seeing as he can't even chew gum and blink at the same time. Let's just hope he's sober...

Arles "Kipley" Johnson

Groomsman

I have to poop so I'll make this short. Most responsible of the brothers. Also tallest. And most attractive. Loves it when strangers hug him. Hug him.

Eddie "More like Sweaty" Pacal

Groomsman

Eddie was once the groom's high school teacher. But what was once a teacher student relationship has blossomed into something much stranger: Ethan now is Eddie's mentor. The student has truly become the master.

Charles "Ugly Charles" Murphy

Groomsman

One time I backed into Charle's Volvo, and when I told him, it took me a good hour to convince him it wasn't a prank. We also shared a twin bed for a number of months, true story. Oh Ugly Charles, you're so far from ugly.

Brian Fuchs (Daddy)

Father of the Bride

Major Officer Brian Fuchs is the man who will be walking me down the aisle on my special day. He is the best father a girl could ask for. He has had an amazing military career as well as a career as a police officer for the Anchorage Police Department. I’m so proud of him and it is such an honor to be his daughter. On the 21st of September my last name will be changing to Johnson but I’ll always be his little girl and I’ll always be a Fuchs. I love you daddy.
