How do I get to Silver Falls Lodge and Conference Center?

Please visit the travel page for links to maps. We recommend printing a map with directions to bring with you as cell phone service and GPS may be unreliable

What should I wear?

Answer

Whatever makes you feel good! This is an outdoor event, so comfortable, casual wear is perfectly acceptable, but if you've been waiting for a place to wear that outlandish cocktail dress/fancy suit/flashy accessories, we'd love to see that too! We love your creativity and individuality, and invite you to don whatever duds make you feel festive and celebratory. Average highs for August are around 76 degrees and lows are around 63 degrees. While not likely, it could rain at any time. It is a temperate rain forest after all! There will be shade in all of the scheduled event spaces, but a sun hat and sunscreen is never a bad idea to have with you.

Can I bring my pet?

Unless it is a pet rock, we kindly ask that you leave all your furry ones with a critter sitter. Thanks for understanding

What else should I bring?

Silver Falls is very bike friendly. If you are driving and have the ability to bring a bike, please feel free. There are also a limited number of complimentary bikes available for use. You may also want to bring sunscreen and bug spray if you like to use them

Should I RSVP for check in even if I am only staying at Silver Falls Saturday night?

Answer

Yes. If you plan on staying at Silver Falls Friday and Saturday night or just Saturday night please be sure to RSVP for the check in event
