On November 13 at Villa Woodbine, the Wedding Ceremony will start at 3:30 pm. Reception will take place after. The Wedding After Party will take place on the top floor of the Mayfair House Hotel & Gardens at the Sip Sip Rum Bar from 10:15pm-2:00am. On November 14, the Poolside Social will be held on the rooftop of the Mayfair House Hotel & Gardens from 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Are kids invited?

While we adore your little ones, the Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Villa Woodbine on November 13 will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that children not attend these events. Children are welcome to join us for all events hosted at the Mayfair House Hotel & Gardens and Sip Sip Rum Bar, including the Wedding After Party and Poolside Social.

Transportation & Parking

Answer

Shuttle transportation will be provided on November 13 from the Mayfair House Hotel & Gardens to Villa Woodbine. A detailed shuttle schedule will be posted closer to the wedding date. Guests may be dropped off via Uber or rideshare at Villa Woodbine; however, parking is not available at the venue. Guests who choose to drive may park in the CocoWalk Parking Garage (subject to availability) and walk to the Mayfair House Hotel & Gardens to board a shuttle to Villa Woodbine.

Wedding After Party & Poolside Social

Answer

Compliments of the Burgess and O'Farrill families, a hosted bar will be available for guests at both the Wedding After Party and the Poolside Social. Guests will receive wristbands granting access to the hosted bar. At the Wedding After Party, guests may enjoy beverages of their choice, along with late-night bites. The Poolside Social will also feature a hosted bar with beverages of your choice.
