Question

I'm ready to book! Do I book on my own or go through your travel agency?

Answer

Our travel agent's name is James Berglie . Him and his team will be able to assist you when booking. We have a room block with many different room accommodations. Please visit https://www.beallinclusive.net/yhlenshawwedding/ to book your room! Though we have a room block, we encourage you to book as far in advanced before the room type you would like is taken. We have limited amount of rooms per room category. Once the specific type of room is taken James can go in and try and request more but there is a chance it could be sold out throughout the entire resort. In order to get the exact room you want for the number of days you want to stay its best to book early!

When should I have my room booked by?

Answer

In order to be part of the room block and ensure your stay, you must have your room paid in full by 12/1/2021 the latest. You can begin booking right away and pay in increments. Should I bring a wedding gift?

Answer

No! We would love your presence not your presents! Coming to Mexico and celebrating with us is the best gift of all. So please just bring yourself and your dancing shoes, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Dreams Playa Mujeres is a family resort with plenty of things for the kids to do. Including an Explorer's Club that you can check your kids into from 10am to 10pm. Check out the 'Fun for Kids & Teens' section on the Dreams Playa Mujeres website for more details.

What is the difference between a preferred room and non-preferred?

Answer

There are a few differences when it comes to booking a preferred or non-preferred room. It is up to you to decide which room type works best for you and your budget! Non-preferred guests: get all basic perks of staying at the all inclusive. Major differences are no upgraded amenities, no access to preferred lounge or preferred beach area with top shelf alcohol and no access to lazy river. Preferred room guests: Personalized check-in and check-out, special concierge service, preferred status and amenities, access to the Lazy River, upgraded mini-bar, upgraded bath amenities, private Preferred Club Lounge with daily continental breakfast service afternoon hot and cold hors d’oeuvres desserts and top shelve liquors, exclusive dining access, exclusive spa privileges, access to hydrotherapy circuit at the Secrets Spa and 20% off spa treatments, and Private Preferred Club beach area.

Is a passport required?

Answer

Yes! If you do not have a passport then you will want to start that process by going to https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply/forms.html This is a long process so please make sure you do this at least 6 months in advance. If you already have your passport, you will just want to make sure it is valid for the entire duration of your trip.
