Are kids welcome?

Respectfully, our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults only event.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please make sure your RSVP's are mailed or updated on the website by September 15 so we will have time to make all accommodations. We also want to make sure we know where everyone is staying.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

What does Disco Cowboy mean for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Since it is Halloween, we would love everyone to dress up and have some fun! You can dress in Disco costume, Cowboy costume or a combination! Wigs, sequins, cowboy hats, bell bottoms, boots and bolo ties are all welcome and encouraged! Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! We will have transportation from The Rally Hotel to Brittany Hill. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can make sure to arrive in time for the transportation departure time at 3:15pm. We will also have shuttles back to The Rally after the wedding is over. If you choose to drive, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

There ceremony will begin at 4pm, please arrive to the venue by 3:45pm at the latest.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our goal is to keep our very special weekend as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will ensure there are vegetarian and gluten free options available. The RSVP cards and options on the site will allow you to put in any allergies you may have. If there are any other concerns, please reach out to the bride and groom directly.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

The bridesmaids will be in floor length gold dresses.
