How do we get from the airport to hotel?

Answer

Hyatt Ziva and Zilara have a $40 round trip shuttle that can be added to your hotel room. There are also multiple taxi services at the airport that provide transportation.

How do we book a room in the room block?

Answer

Rooms part of the room block are available at a discounted rate. To book, head to the travel section and click the link provided to book your room. Do not book directly on the Hyatt site as these rooms will be full price

Do I need to bring a gift?

The only gift we ask for is your presence!

Are the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara far from each other?

Answer

Ziva and Zilara are two hotels on the same resort. The two sides are separated by a walkway that is monitored by staff to keep children (under 18) from entering the Hyatt Zilara Adults only side of the hotel!

What if there isn’t any more rooms in the block?

Answer

As of right now there is a set amount of rooms reserved in Ziva and Zilara. If both links don’t show any available rooms, please reach out to Kevin or Keelan and we can expand the block!

How do we book excursions?

Answer

Excursions can be booked at the front desk in the Ziva hotel.
