Question

Will transportation and parking be available?

Answer

Yes! For guests staying at the hotel, shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony venue. Pickup from the Phelps Hotel will be at 3:10 PM.

Are the venues handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Summit and Kenwood Country Club are handicap accessible. At Summit: Handicap access is located to the far left of the main front entrance, with an elevator available to take guests up to the chapel. If you have any trouble accessing it on the day of the wedding, there will be staff members happy to assist and answer any questions. At Kenwood: Cocktail hour will take place on the first floor through the main entrance. There is a wheelchair-accessible pathway that will lead guests to the tent.
