What does “Black Tie” mean?

Answer

Tuxedos for gentlemen, but a black suit with a black bowtie is welcome as well. Ladies are invited to wear floor-length gowns.

Due to space considerations, we are only able to accommodate guests whose names appear on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, we’ve secured hotel room blocks for our guests. Please see the Travel tab for booking details and deadlines.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided between The Hamilton Hotel and Hotel Avalon to and from Little River Farms. Additional details will be shared closer to the date.

Valet parking will be available at the venue.

What time should guests arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time for seating.

Is the ceremony and reception held at the same venue?

Answer

Yes, both events will take place at Little River Farms.

Are photos allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture all the special moments, and we can’t wait to share them with you afterward!

What type of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

A formal plated dinner will be served, along with an open bar throughout the evening.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
