When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our website by March 25th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. Please be seated no later than 2:45.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to dress up with us and wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Gowns, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or pantsuits for ladies; suits or slacks with button-down shirts for gentlemen. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), so block heels or flats are recommended. The average temperature in Eagle River at this time of year is about 70 degrees.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only, so we will only be able to accommodate those who are listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children listed on your invitation are welcome at both the ceremony and the reception! There are lots of family-friendly activities at the resort, including a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a playground, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, and a game room!

I have a food allergy or other dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let Keegan or Taylor know if you need an alternative meal option. Our venue will be happy to accommodate!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For our guests who stay at a hotel other than Eagle Waters, we will not be able to provide transportation to and from the ceremony and reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Eagle Waters.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be a complimentary wine station at the reception. Other drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
