Torpedo Factory Art Center
Converted factory hosting art classes and open artist studios. Keegan has taken drawing classes here. (Fun fact: we briefly considered this as our venue!)
Westpost at National Landing
In Arlington. This is the little "town square" by our apartment. Covered in turf and ample seating (or a skate rink, when it's cold enough), we love to sit here with a bubble tea and people-watch at the end of the work day. Cozy local coffeeshop, where we had our first "wedding planning date."
Turkish Coffee Lady
One-of-a-kind coffee/tea spot, with Turkish Delight that *will* actually make you empathize with Edmund from the Chronicles of Narnia. Location of our second wedding planning date.
ESP Tea & Coffee
Cozy and colorful, with a playlist and vibe that make us feel 16 again. Reminds Mollie of her hometown. This is where we had our third wedding planning date, and we recommend the chai.

Come enjoy this cozy speakeasy inside Hotel Heron. (And participate in a DC tradition--the speakeasy that isn't all that hard to find.)

This rooftop bar on the top floor of Hotel Heron is opening for the season on our wedding weekend!
DAIKAYA
The Izakaya on the 2nd floor is one of our favorite places to go for a special dinner out. We'll say it time and time again--DC is a foodie city! Try the mushroom skewers and the cacio e pepe udon.

Real Neapolitan pizza (with gluten free options)! This is our go-to for celebrations. Go early or make a reservation though--it's very popular on weekends.
Saigon Saigon
Our favorite neighborhood restaurant. We order from here almost every Monday. A vegetarian Banh Mi for Keegan, and a Lemongrass Tofu Vermicelli (with ginger sauce instead of fish sauce) for Mollie.
