After arriving off of Prince Street, you will see signs for the "Christmas Spirit Light Show." When you pull in, there will be staff to direct you to parking. Please make sure you tell them you are a guest of the wedding, otherwise you will be taken through the light show. Guests will have designated parking on the right hand side. You will be walking through the Box Office to access the wedding location.
We are only including immediate family's kids at this time. If you are unable to find someone to watch your kids but really want to come please reach out to Jillian 484-269-6347, depending on space we may be able to include them.
The bride and groom both have over 10 years of sobriety so while we won't be providing alcohol it is available for purchase at the bar. The bar only accepts credit card - no cash.
We were searching for a wedding venue that wouldn't be too much work and would provide entertainment; we found both at Lancaster Silverball Retro Arcade. The clipper's stadium took 3 box suites and turned it into an arcade, so the wedding is at the stadium inside the arcade. Check it out: https://lancastersilverball.com/
Keegan and I (Jillian) enjoy throwing parties and bringing our friends together so we decided to do exactly that for our wedding. So while there will be a timeline for the main events (ceremony, 'cocktail hour', and reception) the reception will not have the standard formalities typically at a wedding. We will have a formal wedding ceremony inside the arcade ceremony to start the night. There will be plenty of seats for the ceremony! After the ceremony will be the intermission (formally, cocktail hour). Appetizers and drinks will be available in the lobby while we take family and couple photos in the arcade. Then the fun begins at the reception! Everyone can return to the arcade for dinner and unlimited arcade game play. Leave your quarters at home, all the machines will be turned on for free game play for the remainder of the evening. There will be no speeches or special dances, just a good time. But don't worry there will be cake!
