We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

What happens if it rains?

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas and rain boots if rain is in the forecast.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a bus transporting guests to and from The Hancock Hotel. Please give yourself enough time to get to the hotel, park and be bused over before the ceremony begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please park at The Hancock House and take the bus to the ceremony. Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all at the McDonald home. There will not be an area to park at the home for guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. Please be seated at the ceremony no later than 2:50 PM. Anyone who arrives after 2:50 will have to wait to join until the ceremony has concluded.
