The ceremony will start promptly at 1pm. Please plan to arrive between 12:30pm and 12:45pm.
Yes, there will be about an hour and a half between the ceremony and reception so guests can get back to their hotels to meet the provided transportation, freshen up, get a drink, relax, etc. For the wedding party, this is when we will be taking pictures so we don’t have to miss out on Cocktail hour!
Guests are responsible for getting to the ceremony prior to 1:00pm. There is plenty of parking at the church. Transportation will then be provided to and from the reception from each of the three selected hotels. Transportation will also be provided to and from the after party. For details on departure locations and times please see the Transportation section of the website. For those that are not staying at one of the selected hotels, there is free parking at the venue, or there are ride shares like Uber or Lyft available.
The attire for Welcome Drinks is cocktail casual. Dress as if you are going out to a nice dinner. The attire for the Ceremony and Reception is Cocktail, meaning short dresses, evening dresses, elegant separates, etc. for the ladies and suits, dress pants and blazers for the men. Ladies, when making your shoe selection, keep in mind cocktail hour will be on grass. As for the after party, anything goes!
The reception will be outside under a tent. Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be on the patio and lawn outside of the tent.
Absolutely! There are three main course options to choose from, however if these do not meet your dietary restrictions please let us know when you RSVP so we can make the venue aware and they can prepare a meal that meets your dietary needs.
You bet! There will be an open bar at the reception.
Please RSVP by August 23rd so we can provide the final headcount and meal selections to the venue. All RSVPs can be done on our wedding website.
