Keegan and Angie’s story begins in 2020, in the most unexpected of settings—amid the chaos of a global pandemic at Marzetti. While the world felt uncertain, one thing was clear: Angie knew right away there was something special about Keegan. By January 2021, Keegan made it official, asking Angie to be his girlfriend—and just like that, they became an instant family of five: Keegan, Angie, Solo, Skye, and Mila. Their first year together was a whirlwind of adventures and the start of cherished traditions. From wandering through the Newport Aquarium to exploring the vibrant streets of Nashville, to a road trip to Pennsylvania to bring home Keegan’s Audi, they were always on the move. Somewhere along the way, Saturdays in the fall became sacred, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes —a tradition that would become part of their story. In 2022, their sense of adventure only grew. A spontaneous trip to Myrtle Beach, a concert with Luke Combs, and the addition of Atlas to their ever-growing crew made life even sweeter (and a little louder). By the end of the year, they traded land for sea, setting sail on a Caribbean cruise. Their favorite memory? A sun-soaked boat ride back from snorkeling near Charlotte Amalie—singing 2000s pop songs at the top of their lungs, laughing uncontrollably, and fully embracing the moment. If 2023 taught them anything, it was how to thrive in the chaos. New jobs and a new home—all within a single week—tested them in ways they hadn’t expected. Between off-shifts and the realities of home ownership, they tackled “adulting” head-on, side by side. And in 2024… well, they did what they do best: they grew their family again. Enter Jedi, bringing their lovable “zoo” to seven. Because for Keegan and Angie, more paws simply means more love. The start of 2025 brought its share of heartache, but through it all, they leaned on each other and the unwavering support of their families. Even in a difficult season, love found a way to grow—welcoming Zeus and Tiger, and expanding their family to nine. As the year went on, joy slowly returned in the form of celebrations, travel, and time with loved ones—from a summer wedding to a Fourth of July spent in Tennessee. And then, at long last, came August—under the sunshine outside of the Ohio State stadium—where Keegan asked Angie to spend forever with him. With the ring of her dreams (thoughtfully designed with diamond halos to honor the moments that shaped their year), she said yes. The weekend ended the only way it could: celebrating at Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse—because some moments deserve nothing less. If their story proves anything, it’s this: even with opposite schedules and busy lives, Keegan and Angie always find their way back to what matters most—adventure, laughter, family, and a whole lot of love (shared generously with each other and their ever-growing zoo).
