What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

Due to Rhode Island and Providence COVID-19 event guidelines, we have decided to move forward with putting in a requirement for our guests to be vaccinated to attend. We are continuing to work with our venue, a City of Providence facility, to follow their requirements and processes. This information will be communicated directly to guests when we get closer to the event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

We will be providing Lyft gift cards in your welcome bag at the Graduate Providence to help with travel costs.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Please note that the ceremony and reception are taking place in a greenhouse. It will not be cold inside :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. The venue is roughly 10 minutes away from the center of Providence, not factoring in traffic. Please plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The venue has a large parking lot. There is no cost for parking.
