We met in Guam in October of 2022. Our first date was a muddy hike to the “top of the tallest mountain in the world”. After that you could practically catch Sarah with Kedric any chance she had, unless of course she had to be at work. Sarah stole Kedrics heart with her endless love packages of peanut butter, bread, and Reese’s that she dropped off at the hotel for him. Kedric stole Sarah’s heart with his charismatic, honest, and funny attitude, pure heart, and gentle hand. We went on many adventures such as hikes into caves and hikes with beautiful overlooks. One particular hike Kedric lost his phone (and blames me lol) (his brand new phone too) it fell into the river cause… I had asked him to cross it cause I really wanted to continue the hike but.. there was no trail… oops! Lucky I had a spare one to lend him which he later mailed back. We went to a place in Guam called “Two Lovers Point” and put a lock on it before we separated and went our own ways. Kedrics deployment was ending and I was transferring to the states to an unknown location. We kept talking for a little bit and even met in Colorado for New years. But eventually the space took us on our own path until one day over a year later, I called him and next thing I knew that same night he was making a 4 hour drive to Maryland to come see me. We’ve been together ever since.
