Are there outdoor events?

Yes, the welcome party on Thursday at the Marsh house is an outdoor event. The wedding ceremony at the River Course is outdoors as well. The cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors but the reception will be indoors. Please bring warm clothing for the outdoor events.

Things to do on Kiawah Island.
Answer
There are many outdoor activities to enjoy. A ten mile beach to walk or ride bikes on is a highlight in Kiawah. Kiawah boasts of some of the best golf courses in the nation as well as tennis and pickle ball courts. Golf and tennis can be reserved through the Kiawah Island Resort. Bicycles can be rented also through the resort or Alligator bicycle rentals. Kayak rentals are also available through the Resort.
