Question

The U.S. now requires a negative COVID-19 test for re-entry into the United States. Will you provide testing?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing testing for all guests attending our wedding in order to get back home, free-of-charge. Details on testing schedule will be provided 3 weeks before our wedding date. All guests will also receive information in their welcome bags.

Question

What is considered 3 days before your flight?

Answer

The 3-day period is the 3 days before the flight’s departure. The Order uses a 3-day timeframe instead of 72 hours to provide more flexibility to the traveler. By using a 3-day window, test validity does not depend on the time of the flight or the time of day that the test was administered. For example, if a passenger’s flight is at 1pm on a Sunday, the passenger could board with a negative test that was taken any time on the prior Thursday or after. Please visit here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/testing-international-air-travelers.html

Question

What are you asking your guests to do in light of the pandemic?

Answer

We ask all guests to take a COVID-19 test in the days leading up to the wedding weekend. If your test is positive or you've been in contact with someone who has been positive in the last 10 days, we ask that you please stay home, take care of yourselves and update your RSVP.

Question

How is your wedding venue taking precautionary measures during this time?

Answer

Please go to the below link to read on how Nizuc is ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests: https://www.nizuc.com/covid-19-update/

Question

Does Cancun have any travel restrictions or requirements before entering?

Answer

There are no restrictions or requirements for travel into Quintana Roo state, which includes Cancun.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love ALL of your children, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What will the weather be like in April?

Answer

This is one of the best times to visit Cancun. The weather will be in the mid-80s and low-70s at night.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Should you wish to gift us, you can find our registry under the "Registry" tab. (Thank you!)

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

Masks are recommended but not required by the resort.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

When you RSVP, please enter the First name and Last name for one person listed on your invitation. If that does not work, please text Eddie or Kailin.
