Thursday, October, 8, 2026 - Recommended Travel Day Friday, October 9, 2026 - AM: Optional Grand Canyon tour - PM: Group hang out and dinner at one of our favorite breweries in Flagstaff Saturday, October 10, 2026 It's our Wedding Day! - We will shuttle everyone from Flagstaff to Sedona, to Pink Jeep Tours Uptown. Pink Jeeps will take everyone to the ceremony location. Dinner to follow in Flagstaff. Sunday, October 11, 2026 - Optional Brunch TBD

Saturday, October 10, 2026

Ceremony

3:15 pm

Semi-formal

2:30pm - Check in Pink Jeep Tours Uptown 3:00pm - Board Jeeps and depart for ceremony 3:25pm - Arrive 3:25pm-4:30pm - Wedding Ceremony and Photos 4:30pm-5:00pm - Travel back to Uptown Sedona Bottled water will be available. Please, no other beverages. Wear shoes that you will be comfortable wearing while climbing in/out of a jeep, standing in during the ceremony, but also okay with having photographed!
