Many moons ago, when both of us were 12 years old, we met on the second day of a cruise when Keaton approached me (Leah) in a hot tub and requested that I join him and two other kids in playing ping pong. Throughout the rest of the cruise, feelings definitely developed between us, but of course we eventually had to go back to our homes in Iowa and Texas, so we maintained a friendship via social media, text, and skype for about 12 years. Then I got accepted into grad school in Colorado and I knew Keaton was already in Colorado for his graduate school, so I reached out to him to let him know I'd be moving soon and that after 12 years we should probably catch up and hang out. So we did just that and met up at Tacos Tequila Whiskey for dinner and drinks and we've been hanging out ever since.
