Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. (Midi or floor length dresses are appropriate.) Please no jeans or denim and avoid shades of whites. The cocktail hour and reception will be held outdoors. Please note, the venue is on grass and sharper women's heels will sink into the turf.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The reception will be held outside on the Village Green. The ceremony will take place in the Meeting House Chapel. No need to travel in between. You can simply walk from the ceremony to the reception.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. If you are staying within the Carillon Beach Community, you can likely walk to the event!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 3:45 PM will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.

Question

Can I take photos or bring my cellphone?

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask you to refrain from using any phones or cameras during our ceremony. We invite you to be fully present with us and let the photographers work their magic.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our entire weekend is kid-friendly. With that being said, invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited due to limited space. We hope you understand. Please note children will not be let in the after party due to age restrictions.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June, 20th, 2025. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. If you cannot make it to the wedding, please know you will be dearly missed! Please RSVP "not attending". If you can not make it after you have RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
