Will the Wedding take place indoor or outdoors?
Answer
Our venue offers an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.
Question
What will the weather be like?
Answer
Historically, October is still a warm month in Central California, with the possibility of a light sweater or jacket for the evening. Rain or shine, the venue can accommodate, and our event will proceed.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
We would like all guests to please RSVP using our wedding website. Please refer to the RSVP tab.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We need all guests to formally accept or decline by 9/17/26, one month prior to the event.

What if I don't RSVP on time?
Answer
Unfortunately, if you miss the RSVP deadline, you will be marked as not attending and we cannot accommodate a seat for the ceremony and/or dinner plate for the reception.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
Not to worry, please formally decline your RSVP on our wedding website using the RSVP tab. You will be missed!

Are kids invited?
Answer
As stated on our formal invitation, we would like our celebration to be adults only. We want everyone to enjoy themselves!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to the cost of per person at our venue, our budget only allows the guests who are formally invited to attend.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We encourage everyone to dress in semi-formal attire.

Do I need to bring a gift?
Answer
No! Your presence at our wedding is our greatest gift. However, should you wish to give a gift, we are accepting contributions to our honeymoon fund. Please refer to the Registry tab of our wedding website.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 4:30PM, we encourage all guests to arrive by 4:15PM.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
All guests are responsible for getting themselves to the venue at the start or the evening. Whether you're driving yourself, carpooling with friends, or catching a ride via Uber or Lyft- just be sure to arrive on time please!

Will there be parking on site?
Answer
Yes! Our venue has plenty of parking and an overflow lot if needed. There will be provided golf cart attendants who will drive you from your car to the ceremony location. Overnight parking is permitted. Please refer to the Travel tab on our website to learn about the evening Shuttle Service provided if you need a safe ride back to the hotels in Clovis.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! Spirits and well drinks will be available to purchase at the reception bar. We will be providing beer, wine, and seltzer at no cost. Enjoy!

Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) is the closest to our venue and the Clovis area.
