The Future Stones

It all began (kind of) in 2023, when Kylie and her two best friends, Jasmyn and Caitlyn, attended a Momentum Forsyth service one summer Sunday while they were home from college. Keaton was playing keys that day, and Kylie couldn’t help but notice his talent and the way he carried a genuine love for the Lord. Immediately after service, the girls followed him on Instagram… just in case. Nothing came of it that day, but as it turns out, that wasn’t the end of the story. Over a year later, Kylie began serving at Moxie, Momentum Christian Church’s student ministry, where Keaton also worked. Keaton remembers the moment he first saw her walk into a Moxie leader meeting and thinking to himself, “Wow… who is this girl? She’s beautiful.” From there, their paths began to cross more frequently, and eventually they exchanged numbers. Kylie, already quietly smitten, saw this as her opportunity and began texting him about service notes and inviting him to Bible studies, hoping to spark something more, but Keaton remained just a little oblivious to the hints. One Wednesday, everything shifted when Kylie and Keaton struck up a conversation after she met his sister, Addison, that evening. Encouraged by the interaction (and perhaps a growing sense of confidence), Kylie gathered her courage and the next day sent a message asking Keaton if he would want to grab lunch sometime. To her excitement, he said yes. Although plans didn’t happen immediately, their connection began to grow. A few days later, Keaton added Kylie on Snapchat, and Kylie once again made the first move by snapping him. What followed was a steady back-and-forth that slowly turned into something more natural and intentional. Soon after, Keaton came to hang out with her and some friends one evening. Ironically, they barely spoke that night... both a little too nervous to act like normal human beings, but later that evening, they finally made real plans to go to lunch. The following Monday, they met at Chick-fil-A in Forsyth, where a simple lunch turned into nearly four hours of effortless conversation and getting to know each other in a way that felt easy and genuine. Over the next month, they continued going on dates and growing closer. One evening, while attending an Atlanta Hawks game, Keaton asked Kylie to be his girlfriend. December 2, 2024, became a date they both will always cherish. Over the next year, their relationship continued to deepen as they learned more about each other and grew in love. Chick-fil-A remained a favorite, but their time together also included flower picking, gingerbread house making, aquarium visits, and countless small moments that became some of their favorites. On March 13, 2026, Kylie thought she and Keaton were heading to an auction dinner. When they arrived at his house, Keaton casually let her know they were no longer going, an unexpected change of plans she didn’t question at the time. Instead, he led her toward his backyard, where Kylie followed, still completely unaware of what was about to happen. As they stepped into a beautifully arranged picnic setup by the creek, the moment began to unfold. What Kylie didn’t realize was that their friends and family were gathered inside, waiting to celebrate. When Keaton asked her to marry him, she said yes, and in that moment, the surprise was revealed as their loved ones joined them in celebrating this new season together. Together, they give all the glory to God for bringing them into each other’s lives at just the right time. They strive to put Christ first and each other second, and nothing is more important to them than keeping Christ at the center of their relationship.
