When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline for RSVPs will be May 12th, 2026. If you need to adjust your RSVP, please reach out to the couple directly.

What is the address for the wedding & reception?

Answer

Lucky for you it's all in one place! We are at Beacon Hill Catering & Events, 4848 E Valley Springs Road, Spokane, WA 99217.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan on having both the ceremony and reception outside, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, we will move indoors. Please be mindful the outdoor spaces are mostly grass!

What is the dress code?

Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel blocks?

Answer

The greater Spokane area boasts many hotels and Airbnbs. We are not booking a hotel block so please book based on your preferences.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately we will not be providing transportation or shuttles to or from the event. There is however ample parking at the venue. Alcohol will be served so please plan for safe traveling! The Spokane area has Uber, Lyft, etc.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We want to celebrate our special day with our family and closest friends, and we unfortunately cannot accommodate a larger group. Please refrain from bringing any extra plus ones unless they are included on your RSVP. For any questions or concerns please contact us personally.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We plan to serve beer and wine, along with a champagne toast!

Are pictures allowed during the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony is a no-phone event. The greatest gift you can give us is your presence—fully and completely. We have paid to have a professional photography team to capture our event for us. Please, no phones/photos until the reception. During the reception, phones will be allowed but no professional cameras or external flash is allowed.
