If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! However, please do not RSVP for any one not listed on the invitation.
Due to limited venue capacity, your invitation is addressed to those who are invited to our event. If it includes a guest(child) by name, then yes! If not, we prefer you attend without the kiddos for a fun night with the newlyweds.
We are so excited to celebrate with you. We have registered through our website under the Registry Tab, however contributions to our honeymoon fund would we greatly appreciated.
The dress code is semi-formal garden party. For men, we suggest a suit or blazer and pants. For the women, please avoid whites or creams; a dress or dressy jumpsuit is preferred. Please also note events will be help outside till 9pm, please bring a light jacket or coat for comfort.
Although we can't predict the weather, temperatures in Orange in March are typically around 73 -75 degrees during the day and mid 50s at night. Please plan ahead and bring a light jacket or coat.
Yes! Transportation from the nearest parking structure will be provided the day of the event. Continuous shuttle service will begin 45 mins prior to the event, the shuttle service will take you to and from the venue. PLEASE come just a few minutes early and let us shuttle you in. There isn’t a lot of space on Batavia as a rule, please do not park in the red or in front of a driveway. View a parking map in the travel tab of our website.
The reception will end at 9pm. Guests will send off the bride and groom and the shuttle service will take you back to the parking area by 9:30pm.
No pets are permitted on the property during the event.
