Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love kids (clearly, teacher life!), our wedding will be an adults-only celebration so that all our guests can relax and enjoy themselves. Our nephews will be the only little ones in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding intimate, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation join us in celebrating. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before start time! This gives you plenty of time to take in the scenery and ensure everyone is seated and ready to witness our marriage. And please pick a seat, not a side!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be on the lawn overlooking Lake Michigan. If it does rain, it will be moved to The Arlington Ballroom. Cocktail hour will be on the lawn as well as the tented area, and dinner and dancing will be indoor/outdoor as the terrace opens up after dinner!
