Recommended hotels as well as hotel block information can be found on the Travel page, but please feel free to reach out for additional recommendations or information regarding lodging in the greater Orlando area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at the venue, and parking attendants will be present to help guide you to the right spot.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can arrive as early as 3 PM. We recommend arriving at 3:30 PM, no later than 3:45 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No, guests will need to arrange for transportation from their lodging to the venue.
