What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrivals begin at 4:30 p.m. and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. We recommend allowing extra time to arrive due to multiple events occurring the same evening.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional (tuxes and gowns preferred, suits and cocktail dresses are welcome).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Guests staying at The Graduate may use the Biltmore Garage and guests staying at the Marriott have parking included with their room rate. For those driving directly to the library, there are several public parking garages nearby: Civic Center Garage (3 min walk) Amica Pavilion Parking Garage (5 min walk) Biltmore Garage (5 min walk) PPAC Grage (7 min walk) ...and many more! We recommend allowing extra time to park before the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the library?

Answer

Yes. We will have two shuttle buses before and after the wedding - one for the Graduate Hotel and one for the Marriott. Exact times will be posted here closer to the wedding date.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. We have accommodations for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dietary preferences. Further dinner details will be provided when you RSVP and appetizers will be clearly marked throughout the night.
