When should I RSVP by?

We ask that all of our guests RSVP by October 1st, 2025.

What is the event timeline / setup?
Answer
We have chosen to do a small ceremony and reception with family on Friday, October 24th. We feel so loved and grateful that so many people wish to celebrate us - we look forward to our reception on Saturday, October 25th, where we will get to celebrate with all of our loved ones!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! Your child(ren) will be included in your invite - please reach out to Brian or Emily if there are concerns or questions regarding this.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
If you are joining us from outside the Kansas City area - first of all, thank you so much, we are honored! We have provided a link for discounted rates at a variety of locations on our Travel tab. Please choose an accommodation that suits your needs, and feel free to reach out to Emily or Brian for advice. Suggested areas include Crossroads, Downtown KC, and River Market, as these locations are closest to the reception and provide a great central location for other activities.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Information for parking at the ceremony will be provided. Parking for the Saturday reception includes street parking, or several paid parking garages near Percheron.

What are transportation options?
Answer
It is highly recommended to have access to private transportation. Uber and Lyft are readily available to move around the KC Metro. The Crossroads Hotel / Percheron is about a 7 minute walk from the Crossroads Streetcar stop. Parking for the KC Streetcar is available at Union Station.

We have included a registry tab on this website, but we are ultimately just excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones. Please do not feel obligated to fulfill any part of the registry - we are simply excited to see you!
